Design, synthesis, SAR and QSAR of compounds of medicinal and agricultural importance, including antitumor, antithrombotic, crop protection and antiinfective agents.
Solid and solution-phase methodology in organic chemistry: applications to combinatorial chemistry, peptide and peptidomimetic chemistry.
NMR and computer-aided drug design: Use of NMR and computational
tools in medicinal chemistry, pharmacophore discovery.
